Cuisine is one of the highlights of a stay at Highlands and our chefs prepare a hearty breakfast and a five course evening meal, as well as snacks and cream teas during the day plus a mouth watering cold buffet on a Sunday.

During your stay in Jersey there are many local tourist attractions and activities, with something to suit everyone at any age! There are museums, castles, Durrell Wildlife, a new leisure pool and lots of shops and restaurants to discover. There is a great variety of sporting activities too such as walking, swimming, golf, sailing and lawn bowls. Jersey is easy to reach by air or sea, with airlines providing regular flights from most UK airports and regular ferry crossings from the South Coast.
